STORE PICKUP -
We do not offer store pickup.
SHIPPING -
Solace Gemworks offers 2 types of Domestic shipping for your order. Free Priority Domestic and $8 Flat Rate Domestic.
- Free Domestic Ground shipping on all orders over $35.00.
- $8 flat-rate shipping on all Domestic orders under $35.00.
Orders are generally shipped within 72 business hours using USPS Priority Shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers will be notified of any delays via email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -
We offer international shipping using USPS Priority International. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Solace Gemworks is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
DAMAGED ORDERS -
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@solacegemworks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
